How long will my order take?
All stickers are handmade to order in Australia. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and an additional 3-6 days for shipping depending on whether you live in a metro or regional area.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs $1.50 per order Australia-wide.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, no. We currently only ship within Australia.
Can the stickers go in the microwave, sterilizer or freezer?
Yes, Joyfully stickers are made to last! Avoid the dishwasher for best longevity.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each order is custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if you notice an issue with your order, simply reach out - we’d love to make it right.
